5. Intellectual Property

Your prompts are yours. You retain full ownership of all prompts you create, modify, or optimize using VisualPromptAI. We do not claim any rights over your content.

The VisualPromptAI platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

VisualPromptAI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
